Our Story

About Us

Cheesecake Ngon started pretty simply: two Australian brothers, a love for good food, and a cheesecake. We’re Nathan and Sean. After moving to Vietnam, Nathan, the younger brother, started baking cheesecakes at home and selling them to friends and family. What began as something small slowly grew as more people tried the cakes, shared them, and came back for more. Eventually, we decided to take the plunge. We rented a tiny shop in District 3 and opened with one employee, one oven, one fridge, and one cheesecake flavour. Since then, a lot has changed. That one flavour has grown into more than 12, but what we care about hasn’t. We still want every cheesecake to be beautiful, but more importantly, genuinely delicious. We use imported Philadelphia cream cheese, real fruit, quality chocolate and traditional baking techniques because we believe you can taste the difference when good ingredients are used properly. Alongside the classics, we love creating flavours that bring something a little different, from Apple Crumble and Lemon Meringue to Tiramisu Cheesecake. We’ve grown a lot since that little shop in District 3, but we’re still two brothers who love making really good cheesecake and sharing it with the city we now call home. The apple crumble cheesecake and coffee were delicious! Part of the menu felt Australian and I’m just happy to find a mont blanc 😆 Place is great as well and very relaxing— we visited during dinner. Internet is fast.

We've been here a few times now. Really cute shoppe and café located on a beautiful street. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the cheesecake..it's phenomenal!! Good iced lattes too. Go there and enjoy some dessert!!! Yum!!

Pretty good cheesecake shop with a nice and comfortable space. I had the apple crumble cheesecake for 160k, which is definitely on the pricey side for a slice of cake. That said, it was delicious and felt worth it considering the quality and the nice space where you can sit, relax, and enjoy your dessert.

I always love the cheesecake here. The interior is super cute. Having a slice of cheesecake is what I need after a long day at work. Unfortunately, this lovely place is a little bit far from my house (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

I ordered 2 flavours of cheesecakes and a latte. If you like sweet, biscoff would be your choice, this would go great with a coffee. The apple crumble flavour was good, I could finish the whole slice myself. Would love to try more flavours next time. The latte was a bit disappointed, the frost was a bit thick for a latte so the coffee was half covered by frost not much coffee left.

Delicioussss carrot cake ever. This cake is quite hard to find a good piece in town, with an appropriate portion to taste alone. I did wrap a whole cheesecake also since its just so cute and its portion gives me a reason to trust in the process. And yes, now im eating those whole cake at midnight writing this review immediately just to note for myself
