Tropical Sunshine Mango Cheesecake

A little slice of sunshine. Handmade in-house, a soft, golden sponge base is layered with silky Philadelphia cream cheese whipped with rich Australian cream, finished with the sweet, sunny taste of ripe mango. Light, luscious and bursting with tropical flavour: creamy, fresh and irresistibly bright in every bite.
