우리의 이야기

소개

Cheesecake Ngon의 시작은 아주 단순했습니다. 호주에서 온 두 형제, 맛있는 음식에 대한 사랑, 그리고 치즈케이크 하나. 저희는 Nathan과 Sean입니다. 베트남으로 이사한 뒤, 동생 Nathan이 집에서 치즈케이크를 굽기 시작해 친구와 가족에게 팔았습니다. 작게 시작한 일은 더 많은 사람들이 케이크를 맛보고, 나누고, 다시 찾아오면서 조금씩 커졌습니다. 결국 저희는 과감히 도전하기로 했습니다. 3군에 아주 작은 가게를 빌려 직원 한 명, 오븐 하나, 냉장고 하나, 그리고 치즈케이크 한 가지 맛으로 문을 열었습니다. 그 후로 많은 것이 바뀌었습니다. 한 가지였던 맛은 이제 12가지가 넘지만, 저희가 소중히 여기는 것은 그대로입니다. 모든 치즈케이크가 아름답기를 바라지만, 무엇보다 정말 맛있기를 바랍니다. 저희는 수입 필라델피아 크림치즈, 진짜 과일, 좋은 초콜릿, 그리고 전통적인 베이킹 방식을 사용합니다. 좋은 재료를 제대로 쓰면 그 차이를 맛으로 느낄 수 있다고 믿기 때문입니다. 클래식한 맛과 함께, 애플 크럼블과 레몬 머랭부터 티라미수 치즈케이크까지 조금 특별한 맛을 만드는 것도 좋아합니다. 3군의 작은 가게 이후로 많이 성장했지만, 저희는 여전히 정말 맛있는 치즈케이크를 만들고 이제 우리 집이 된 이 도시와 나누는 것을 사랑하는 두 형제입니다. The apple crumble cheesecake and coffee were delicious! Part of the menu felt Australian and I’m just happy to find a mont blanc 😆 Place is great as well and very relaxing— we visited during dinner. Internet is fast.

We've been here a few times now. Really cute shoppe and café located on a beautiful street. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the cheesecake..it's phenomenal!! Good iced lattes too. Go there and enjoy some dessert!!! Yum!!

Pretty good cheesecake shop with a nice and comfortable space. I had the apple crumble cheesecake for 160k, which is definitely on the pricey side for a slice of cake. That said, it was delicious and felt worth it considering the quality and the nice space where you can sit, relax, and enjoy your dessert.

I always love the cheesecake here. The interior is super cute. Having a slice of cheesecake is what I need after a long day at work. Unfortunately, this lovely place is a little bit far from my house (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

I ordered 2 flavours of cheesecakes and a latte. If you like sweet, biscoff would be your choice, this would go great with a coffee. The apple crumble flavour was good, I could finish the whole slice myself. Would love to try more flavours next time. The latte was a bit disappointed, the frost was a bit thick for a latte so the coffee was half covered by frost not much coffee left.

Delicioussss carrot cake ever. This cake is quite hard to find a good piece in town, with an appropriate portion to taste alone. I did wrap a whole cheesecake also since its just so cute and its portion gives me a reason to trust in the process. And yes, now im eating those whole cake at midnight writing this review immediately just to note for myself
